MIMXRT1176 Flash IC

Sir,

We have design the custom board base on MIMXRT1170-EVK evaluation board.
Our custom board using NOR Flash 128Mb QPI/QSPI, IS25WP128-JBLE,PACKAGE:SOIC-WIDE-8 is not working.We have purchased the IC from distributor.Problem discussed with NXP authorized distributor M/s Avnet and they arranged IC IS25WP128F-JBLE from OEM ISSI. IC assembled first in MIMXRT1170-EVK and found that IC was not working.
When a replace the IC from Evaluation board , it is working fine.
Request to provide a solution/IC pin to pin replacement as soon soon possible.
