      <description>&lt;P&gt;Firstly, ensure that the biasing conditions are appropriately set for the LDMOS. If the gate voltage is too low or not properly configured, it could lead to minimal current flow. Additionally, check the supply voltage to ensure it meets the required levels for the device to operate correctly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>This is certainly no problem. I suspect it's a model issue or that the latest model is incompatible with the ADS2024 version.</description>
