&lt;P&gt;There is no public fuse programming tool for S32R45 up to my knowledge.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Since your company has direct NXP FAE it will be fastest to reach him out and ask for the programming tool.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have also asked RADAR team for process here. I will update you once they reply.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN data-teams="true"&gt;Usually fuses are programmed by SW. the OCOTP chapter in RM describes the procedure.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN data-teams="true"&gt;We can share Lauterbach programming example script with customers, but not via public community.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN data-teams="true"&gt;Since you have direct NXP support, please get in touch with him and he will guide you trough the process.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
