S32N55 XSPI timeout during ReadID

Hello,

I am trying to setup a minimal project for the FSS core on the S32N55 to flash the attached s28hs01gt OSPI memory on the S32N55-RDB. Goal is to implement a RAM bootloader to flash the OSPI memory on unprogrammed devices. When trying to read the ID Code with the `Xspi_Ip_ReadId` function, a timeout is reached and the program stalls. This problem also occurs during the `Mem_43_EXFLS_Init`.

Debugging the examples from the RTD is not helpful, since these require an IVT image in the flash.

The setup is based on the examples from the RTD packages, where the LUTs and memory configuration is shown. I added the initialization of the pins for the OSPI. From the examples it is not clear how the clocks need to be set up.

Does anyone has expirience with this topic and could help to setup this project.

I understand that you are working with S32N55, since it is still in the per-production phase, it is not supported via this public community, I suggest contacting your NXP DFAE/FAE, for them to provide technical support on the issue in hand.
