Hello

Junction temperature is always 125C.

Thanks. Would that be considered a "recommended operating" max junction temp, or an "absolute maximum" junction temperature?

If 125C is an "absolute maximum, do you have a "recommended operating" max junction temp?

Hello

The 125 °C value refers to the absolute maximum junction temperature, which should never be exceeded. For recommended operating conditions, we advise keeping the junction temperature at or below 105 °C to ensure long-term reliability and performance.
