    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi RafaR,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good day! Thank you for your reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You're correct, the parts received are very old (DC1349). I asked for replacement with newer DC (2448), however, some parts still exhibit discoloration/incomplete plating. See attached photo for reference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having the same scenario with a newer DC, and the affected area is localized, could this be considered as normal or part of the assembly process?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Good day!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That product still has the Freescale logo, so I can see that it's a bit old. Although there shouldn't be a noticeable electrical effect on the device, if it's important for its lifespan, I recommend you talk to your distributor to request a replacement part.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;No, it is not normal, you have to talk to your official distributor to request the warranty until the parts do not present those imperfections.&lt;/P&gt;
