&lt;P&gt;Yes, you can increase the current up to 300mA, I just recommend that you do this process step by step, like 20mA-50mA, the first time to verify that the signal doesn't start to fluctuate.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I designed an amplifier that uses a single MRF101AN operating between 0-50 MHz. Using a 100 mA bias current, I get 53W output power with a 1W SSB-FM input power and a LPF in between. I consume 1.8 amps of power at 48 V. The transistor body and the heatsink are not overheated. Do I need to increase the bias current to 200 mA for a little more power?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
