1. Question replication test situation
The customer conducted a cross-validation test on a suspected problematic microcontroller (MCU) using the following methods:
Test 1: Replace with a "problem batch" MCU
Select the product that passed the test from the inventory and replace the MCU with the MCU that was questioned in question this time.
Test Results:
Some products fail the first test;
Some products failed on the 5th repeat test.
Test 2: Replace with a "good batch" MCU
Remove the MCU from the product that is in stock and install it on the product with the original "problem MCU".
Repeat the test 15-20 times, and all products have passed the test throughout the process without any abnormalities.
