Moreover, you have to use P and N type of the devices because you will not be able to drive upper part of the H-bridge. The N-Fet you want to use has long fall time so it could be used, I suppose, up to 10kHz. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you want to use voltage and switching devices, you have decided, then the solution is driver for devices switching.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="mce_paste_marker"&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi I am going to use PXS3020 micro controller for my application&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the reference manual it is said that Each sub module is capable of &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Driving one&amp;nbsp; half H Bridge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am going to switch 6 to 8V using&amp;nbsp; 4 MOSFET to form a H bridge.Load is coil &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;which is connected in between the H Bridge which operates in&amp;nbsp; the current of &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;50 to 100mA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The MOSFET part number selected is Si2314EDS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any MOSFET driving circuit required for the above application..?or &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;shall I connect PXS3020 micro controller output directly to the 4 MOSFET.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="mce_paste_marker"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
