&lt;P&gt;could you please elaborate what you mean by the abnormal state? There is five modes/states in the TJA1043, which are controlled by STB_N, EN pins and be the wake-up event.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Please elaborate on what you mean an exception on the CAN bus. Do you mean the CANH or CANL, or both are short circuited to VBAT, VCC or GND? If yes, there is a description of this fail in the section 7.3.3 in the &lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/TJA1043.pdf" target="_self"&gt;TJA1043 datasheet&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

How does it behave once it's in an abnormal state? For example, can packets be sent but cannot be received，thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
