How to know NPU Utilization & CPU Utilization ?

Hello NXP Team,

I have below listed IMX EVK Boards. I would like to measures NPU and CPU utilizations while my deep learning model is running .

IMX 8 Nano

IMX 8M Plus

IMX 95

Is there any nxp tool or Commands for performance measurement ?

For ARM core one can determine using TOP.

i.MX 8 Nano doesnot have NPU.
