[FP: id verify fail] in codewarrior Studio

Hi,

I am trying to flash the uboot bin NOR flash in ls1046a and I am getting error like [FP: id verify fail] when using dump/verify/erase in codewarrior and none of the field is working. could you please help us to fix, Is this software/liscence issue but still it should work for 15 days since it is a trail version. Please help us.
