Development Guideline for MIFARE Plus Card using Flutter

Hello,

May I know what tools/libraries should i use to develop a Flutter application to do the following

1. Data Encryption and Secure Authentication
2. Read data from Mifare plus s 2k rfid 1k card
3. Write data from Mifare plus s 2k rfid 1k card
My objective is to store only employee token
I need the application to support iOS and Android

Is this the following the right tool to use ?

If not, can you pls suggest the right tool to use ? Is the Mifare card model selection correct ?

I found this site it has specific support for Mifare Plus:

There is no plugins for Flutter from NXP.

What existing plugin or development kit you all currently have ?
I can't find Mifare Plus EV2 but ordered this card Mifare Plus S from Shopee for testing, what is the usage difference between Plus EV2 and Plus S ?

We have no experience Flutter.

What we have is TapLinx. You may take it as reference.
