Hi,

I am trying to follow ARMv8_Targeting_Manual.pdf and AN12081 to bring up an LS1046ARDB board. I am trying to write U-Boot into memory using codewarrior studio. Ive generated the correct DDR settings and these pass validation. Im able to pause the board on boot and write to memory. But the values are not changing. I can press the import button and select my U-boot. CW studio will load the file. But then once its done the values are not updated in the memory viewer. Even when trying to manually change the memory values nothing is happening. The default values stays at DEADBEEF. Does not change.

Any tips?

Thanks!

I have verified the procedure listed in AN12081 , there is no problem. After loading images in CodeWarrior IDE, the data will turn read.

Please refer to pages starting from 31 to configure your CodeWarrior project.

In addition, do you use CodeWarrior for ARMv8 11.5.12?

If your problem persists, would you please send your whole CodeWarrior workspace to me to do more investigation?
