FreeRTOS helloworld crashes inside vPortStartFirstTask

I am trying out examples on the MIMXRT1189 devkit. I am trying the helloworld example with a jLink debugger. It crashes inside the vPortStartFirstTask and specifically in the assembly instruction "svc %0". Any suggestion where the problem might be? Much appreciated.

The SVC_Handler is correctly defined and correctly inserted in the vector table.

1: which SDK demo do you import? whether you modify it?

I import SDK demo "evkmimxrt1180_freertos_hello_cm7" , It runs okay.

2: what do you mean "The SVC_Handler is correctly defined and correctly inserted in the vector table"?

Did you redefine it?
