HI, recently I want to design a simple HDMI splitter on my board, I have single HDMI source, which I need to split to 2 HDMI output connector. May I know if I possible to use 2X PTN3366 in this kind of application, share the same HDMI source and output of each PTN3366 go to separate HDMI output. Any other solution I can consider? and any other thing I need to take note?

We don't really use I2C to check EDID information, we fix our HDMI source resolution and timing for fix HDMI display.

Hi,

any signal integrity issues, or impedance mismatch issues. Do I need to take care of impedance matching on the HDMI source? because if I do not mistake, PTN3366 will make sure output is HDMI v1.4b compliant regardless of source do not comply with the electrical requirements of the DVI v1.0 or HDMI v1.4b specification
