nmcli command is not working.

I'm trying to execute "nmcli device wifi connect ssid password" command to measure WiFi access point connection time, but it seems that nmcli command is not implemented in i.MX Yocto.
Could you tell me an alternative command or a way to use nmcli command on i.MX Yocto?

Environment
i.MX 8M Mini EVKB
OS:LF_v6.6.23-2.0.0_images_IMX8MMEVK.zip

There is explained how you can use the connmanctl to WIFI operations.
