CST: Error loading pkcs11 engine: could not load the shared library

I have encountered the exact same problem as

but the answer (if any) was taken offline into an e-mail conversation, so nobody else got to see any response regarding this.

My output:

PKCS11_MODULE_PATH=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/p11-kit-proxy.so

../linux64/bin/cst --verbose -b pkcs11 -o signed-u-boot-atf-container.img -i hab-script.txt
Install SRK
Authenticate data

[ERROR] CST: Error loading pkcs11 engine: could not load the shared library

there is no information about what it tried to load, where it tried to load it from. It says engine, but is it actually the PKCS#11 module? How does it find my PKCS#11 driver (already asked in the other post)?

My PKCS#11 driver can be found by pkcs11-tool and p11tool and it shows the right tokens and objects

The error seems that need to configure your env as Dockerfile.

If you are using the latest CST (IMX_CST_TOOL_NEW ), please refer to the section <Using Code-Signing Tool with Hardware Security Module> of CST-UG and the Dockerfile.hsm in the CST.
