kernel flsah problem.

hi,

I work on imx21ads board and i have flashed blob bootloader onto target.
I have flashed blob using habtoolkit in windows as i have problem with glibc in linux.

And then followed the
steps given in manual to flash the kernel onto target.
after giving the following command in blob,
blob> boot
I get message
uncompressing the image............................done, booting
kernel.

and then it hangs up. I tried to deploy using NFS and with NOR.
But its hanging at the same place for both.
Can anyone tell what the problem is.

Hi
At first, it looks like youre kernel is well founded by your bootloader, so the problem don't come from some bad adresses...
Anyway, is it possible to get more information about where it hangs ?!?
If you don't go far enough to have some message on the serial line, try to have a look directly in the ram, where messages are written (you will find the adress in the System.map file, line __log_buf)
This may help you seeing where the problem's from...

Can you please checkout the port settings? through which u r downloding the image and your Terminal cable has been connected.
