Can you please share the NXP part number that you are refering to for the simulation model you need? it is possible that we might have the IBIS model, however, we do not usually have SPICE models.

Unfortunately, this triac BT139X-800 is no longer manufactured by NXP. It has been transferred to our partners at WeEn Semiconductors. Please, check their website in the next link where you can verify if there are the simulation/desgin files and request them: https://www.ween-semi.com/en/product/BT139X-800
