    <description>&lt;P&gt;One of our client needs advise on below, Can you please help, Your quick reply is highly appreciated thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Query for&amp;nbsp;Varactor Diode BB135.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I proposed a model where&amp;nbsp;I used&amp;nbsp;varactor SMV1405-079LF, as it is not available on your site so I searched for a similar varactor and&amp;nbsp;BB135 varactor is that one.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I attached the datasheet for both of them in&amp;nbsp;this mail.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;For my proposed model I have to vary the reverse biased&amp;nbsp;voltage, hence a proper&amp;nbsp;table similar&amp;nbsp;as&amp;nbsp;SMV1405-079LF varactor's datasheet, table 4 (highlighted) is required for&amp;nbsp;BB135 varactor also.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reply via email&amp;nbsp;@ rrao@element14.com&lt;/P&gt;</description>
