    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you ever get a response? I've got a technical query with Nexperia and they haven't responded at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW "27" on these parts is usually Year-Month. Year is the last digit (so "2" is 2022, or in your case 2012) and the months are "123456789ond". Some of the other diode package datasheets detail the date marking, you just have to look around.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tom&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

NXP does not support these products anymore, no documentation available as it was transferred to Nexperia completely. Nexperia is the producer of your part. All standard products now belong to Nexperia. This is a separate company which continues in production. I am convinced they will assist you.
