&lt;P&gt;It is very unfortunate for me to let you know that IBIS Model (or any other Simulation models) is not available for the TJA1042 device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can download VHDL Saber model from your &lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/products/interfaces/can-transceivers/can-with-flexible-data-rate/high-speed-can-transceiver-with-standby-mode:TJA1042" target="_blank"&gt;secure files&lt;/A&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;
