BLT81 marking

Hallo all,

We have some old BLT81 with us. We want to get to know as many details as possible about the origin of these devices, that's why i am asking the following question: The marking on our devices is:

PH82

BLT81

i assume PH82 is the date code? But what does it stand for? Does anyone know anything about this? NXP unfotunately doesn't anymore...

Unfortunately, the part is very old product. And we have not the more marking information about it.
