Hi, We need to perfrom PDN simulation(Capacitor Verification) for LX2160 processor. Is there any documents(Target Impedance values) regarding it for reference.

The simulation results should be similar to the LX2160 design checklist(AN5407, LX2160A, and LX2162A Design Checklist, Application Note). This documentation can be found at the following link: https://www.nxp.com/webapp/sps/download/preDownload.jsp?render=true.

There is a horizontal line at 1mOhm and a vertical line at 10MHz. Does this mean that the PDN of the PCB needs to be below 1mOhm only up to 10MHz?
