I am not sure what exactly you are looking for, can you please share more details about your requirement or an example? Is not the pin map and pins description in datasheet sufficient?

Hi Tomas,

It is a file that contains information about the pins of a device, such as the pin name, location, function, and connectivity. We need it to be used in boundary scan testing to configure and use the boundary scan test features. It may be in the XML or Txt format.

Thanks for the additional information and example. I have forwarded them to our product group and they confirmed that there is not such a file/library available.
