&lt;P&gt;There are several ways to optimize the BLE connection time:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Minimize advertising and connection intervals.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Optimize scan window/interval balances on the central.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Use privacy mode only when required. Disabling it saves time when not needed.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Disable features not required like 2M PHY, coded PHY, extended advertising, etc.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And&amp;nbsp;for time statistics, you can add timestamps to the code. Also, employing a sniffer to capture packets would be helpful. This&lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/design/development-boards/freedom-development-boards/wireless-connectivy/connectivity-tool-suite:CONNECTIVITY-TOOL-SUITE" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt; link&lt;/A&gt; has the installation and usage of NXP protocol analyzer, hopefully it will help you.&lt;/P&gt;
