Hi Daniel,

I do not have an IT department. I turned off the firewall, checked the registry and BIOS, the USB ports are unrestricted and fine for other options. Do I need to turn off boot from USB option off?

Thanks.

Mike

After putting PNEV7642A into mass storage mode, erase CRP_00.BIN, but when I write NxpNfcCockpit Firmware the device reverts to CRP_00.BIN.

I encountered this issue before. It is because my IT department imposed some restrictions on the USB port for some security reasons. I can not write/delete any files from USB ports. I would suggest you check whether you have full control over the USB port on your PC.

Regards

Hello,

I have a similar issue. I’m using a PN7642 C101 on my custom board.

When I power up the board, a Mass Storage device appears.
I delete the file CRP_00.BIN and replace it with my own .bin file.

However, after powering up the board again, the PN7642 still shows up in Mass Storage mode.
I also tried with another computer, but the result is the same.

Do you have any advice or suggestions?
