&lt;P&gt;For example, if you calculate Offset=+3, you will enter +3 in Offset register; and RTC will apply correction equal to -3.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For example, if you calculate Offset=-5, you will enter -5 in Offset register; and RTC will apply correction equal to +5.&lt;/P&gt;
