1)SC 140

2)SC 3400

3)SC 3850

SC140 Core reference manual is available on the web.

Go to following URL http://www.freescale.com and search for MNSC140CORE.

You will get a link MNSC140CORE : SC140 DSP Core Reference Manual (pdf) where you can download the reference manual.

SC3400 and SC3850 core reference manual are under NDA and thus are not available on public web site.
