PTN3460 error during programming

Hello.

I get the error while Im trying to program EDID in my PTN3460.

"ERROR: during programming: DPIF write xommand failed."

Im using windows 10. PTN3460 works but an image is trimmed.

What i do wrong? Help me please.

Please try to use the attached DPCD tool to test to see whether DPCD tool can detect PTN3460 in the system.
