Hello All,

I've got a board with NXP microcontroller marked with following three lines of characters, but I'm not able to get back to NXP part number: is someone able to help me please ?

Are there some general NXP marking specifications or database for which it would be easy to get part numbers from marking codes ?

Marking on the chip is as follows:

S912

ZVCA96M

CTULYA

Thanks

Hi,

The part number is sometimes adjusted at the package because of printing and size possibilities.

It could be this device - S912ZVCA96F0MLF, but I missing something. Could you please share a photo of the device?

Best regards,

Ladislav

Great!
That helps a lot!
Unfortunately I've got no pictures with sufficient resolution of the chip (just looked at it with a no-photo capability microscope), but after a check on ref. manual of MC9S12ZVC family, I think that p/n is as follows:
S912ZVCA96F0MLFR
Thanks!

Regards
