&lt;P&gt;note that for SCST we provide&amp;nbsp;Diagnostic Coverage which is estimated, not measured. In general, the input data for this table is a pessimistic estimation which was verified e.g. by engineering expert judgment or by fault injection on previous CST projects.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;E.g. 0.05 is probability that fault will be detected by a single test vector.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
