      <description>&lt;P&gt;In our product we use a double PNP transistor PUMB20, which comes in a SOT363 package with marking code B9t.&lt;BR /&gt;Some boards have some strange behaviour in certain conditions and it turned out that those boards fit a SOT363 with marking code H7t.&lt;BR /&gt;Any idea how can I find the datasheet correspondent that marking code?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!&lt;BR /&gt;Andrea&lt;/P&gt;</description>
