    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For self-educational (and nostalgical) reasons, i've assembled a &lt;A href="https://www.mikrocontroller.net/topic/549571#new" target="_self"&gt;simulation&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; of the µA702, which, as i understand, was the first monolithic OpAmp IC in production.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've used LtSpice and its discrete transistor models. Most certainly,&lt;BR /&gt;these do not behave like their on-die counterparts in the IC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wonder if you could provide models or parameters to make the&lt;BR /&gt;simulation more accurate?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I already asked the Fairchild(now onsemi)-Support. The answer was "The µA702FM looks like old Motorola part and we do not support it". Which is a bit surprising, as the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://datasheetspdf.com/pdf/1305480/Fairchild/UA702/1" target="_self"&gt;datasheet&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; is labeled clearly as a Fairchild product.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So now i'm here as Motorola/Freescale has been aquired by NXP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any feedback would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Holger&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It seems that there was confusion, it definitely does not belong to NXP and therefore we have no models for this device.&lt;/P&gt;
