topic Is there a SOT-23 NPN transistor with collector and emitter swapped ? in Other NXP Products

I made a mistake while designing a PCB, and some of my transistors have the collector and the emitter swapped on the schematic. The "normal" way is to have 1 : base, 2 : emitter, 3 : collector, but I need a transistor with 1 : base, 2 : collector, 3 : emitter. The pin numbers are relative to this image :

Do you know of any transistor with such package ? I know I can just put it upside down and rotated, but I wanted to know if I could use one correctly instead.

Thank you

Hello,

You can check all our parts in SOT-23 package, unfortunately, most NPN transistors are obsolete and those that aren't, don't have the pin configuration you are looking for.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
