Regarding what you are asking for, if that mcu is bricked or has the firmware assured you won't be able to extract the firmware from that, otherwise, if chip is new and it is yours, please let me know which debugger and software you are using for so I could help you.

Please let me know any update and your comments. Of course if you have more questions, I will be more than happy to assist you.

Thanks for sharing.

In order to help you, may I know which debug interface and software you are using to extract the firmware from your chip? And as I see, you are using a custom board, so please I would like to suggest you to check very well your hardware to be able to flash and extract firmware from your mcu.
