What is the diffrence between MQX io driver APIs lwgpio_get_value() and lwgpio_get_raw(). Please reply

lwgpio_get_value: this function gets the output buffer value rather than sampling pin voltage level of a pin.

lwgpio_get_raw: this funtion samples the pin to get the voltage value.
