MMRF5014H ADS/AWR simulation

Hi,

I'm running a simple harmonic balance simulation with single tone excitation

while port impedances and Idq set according to the datasheet but I get results which differ from

the provided in the datasheet (lower gain, lower Pout etc').

Maybe someone can provide a working example of usage?

I hope all is great with you.

In this case, I would like to recommend the following tutorials from the Keysight Design Software channel below:

GaN transistor amplifier has nothing special in design except of gate bias sequencing.

I hope this information helps.
