Hi all,

I shall identify a component, i guess it's a tvs/esd diode from Nxp.

THe paquage looks like a sot 23, the marquing code is NBt.

Could anybody help me?

Following your inquiry, all the support related to marking is supported only thru a case in our ticket system based on the photo of the product.
Please attached the photo of the product under the case I created on your behalf in your acocunt.
