Are RF Bipolar Transistors such as the BFU590Q available in bare die form?

The available space for the RF amplifier in the customers system is too small for an SMT approach.

I hope all is great with you.

I am afraid that the BFU590Q device is only available in SOT89 package.

Have you considered another microwave transistor from the NXP portfolio? There are different package types that might be useful for you.
