Using the Thermal Connection on NXP LDMOS models in ADS

Hello,

I've been making use of some of the LDMOS models in Keysight ADS, but I haven't (yet) made any connections to the 'thermal' node on these models. Does NXP have any details on how this part of the model gets used? Thanks!

Soooo I submitted a case about this topic a week ago, but unfortunately it appears that "...Unfortunately, the NXP support team has been materially impacted by the sanctions imposed on Russia...", so no idea when it can be addressed. Since it sounds like the question can be addressed in an existing document, anyone have any ideas to get around this bottleneck? Thank you.
