      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do work on a HF power amplifier for 3-28MHZ amateur radio bands. I have about 50W output @7MHz with only 0.4W input. Anyway I would like so simulate my circuit with Spice. Do you provide&amp;nbsp; Spice model for this LDMOS MRF101?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers Stefan&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
