NXP Layerscape LA9310X7S11AA BSDL file

Dear Colleagues,

I do not need the full datasheets or other documentation for this device.

I just need the BSDL file, which is just to analyze pin fault coverage for the LA9310X7S11AA device on a given circuit. I am not asking for proprietary information, since JTAG and BSDL files are usually generic and do not go inside the functionality if the device, that’s why it’s called Boundary Scan.

Please let me know as soon as I can have the BSDL file. We have customers with new designs using that and other NXP devices (other devices do have BSDL files in the NXP site, but not this one) and we need to provide predicted pin fault coverage and we need BSDL files to get that.

Who is the customer behind Jabil that is working with LA9310? We have access agreements that may be necessary; as well as a blacklist of customers who are not allowed to get LA9310 information, so we need to know who Jabil’s customer is.

The customer that is using the LA9310 and other NXP devices on their new board design is Pivotal Commware.

I only need the BSDL file, not the full datasheets, since I am trying to analyze pin fault coverage, interconnection, etc.
