I have submitted a request to download the Reference Manual. However it has been a few months and the request still hasn't been processed.

Anyone knows what should be the next step to take?

Hi there,

After nearly a week and the request is still in progress. I have uploaded the screenshots for the website and my Gmail inbox in the support case.

Is there anything else that I can do? Does it matter which email I used?
