A1007 Secure Authenticator IC

I would like to know the details of OSC in the block diagram among the data sheet of A1007 Secure Authenticator IC.

EMC test (conformity assessment) is required when OSC checks more than 9KHz.

I want to provide details and avoid EMC testing.

Can you help?
