I looks like it's a quad 8-bit DAC in a DIP 16 housing

As UAA1250 is an obsolete product.
We do not have any information related to it, as we delete all the information of obsolete products.

Hi Susi,

that's too bad. The part has been used in a Hella Automotive Product for Mercedes (W126, W124, W201, W463). The part ist still on the market but without a data sheet.....

Do you have any idea how to get hold of a data sheet?
