Dear sir,

How to download code to board S32S247DC?

Which tools are supported? SEGGER, S32 Debug Probe, or others?

There are two connector on this board, "J13 AURORA" and "J50 JTAG", What are these connectors for?

Hello,

Usually JTAG is used for programming in development. Later on it is serial interface for SW updates via bootloader.

AURORA can also be used, but it is for advanced debug, like Nexus when you need to collect a lot of data in real time.

From supported programmers, check out Lauterbach for some serious development or some cheaper alternatives like PEMicro, GHS, PLS, iSystem. You can always find list of supported devices on debugger vendor pages.

Does it mean general JTAG tool (SEGGER) can load code to S32S247TV and do a debug on J50 port?

Connect JTAG and J50 directly or pin remapping board is needed?

Does NXP has relative documentation about that?

Hello,

If your SEGGER supports S32S devices, then yes. Check supported micro for your debugger in segger documentation.

Yes, you can directly use JTAG.

Does NXP has relative documentation about that?

Hmm, cant find a reason why such documentation would be need. Its simple programming like on any other device. If you debugger already have programming scripts embedded, then I see no issue here.

Otherwise you can refer to programming procedure and JTAG interface in reference manual.
