      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have confused about the as the below content show:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Second output of the safety block (active low). The pin is asserted low at&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;start-up and when a fault condition is detected, with a configurable delay or&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;duration versus FS0B output terminal. Open drain structure&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;while the FS0B status is the same as the fault condition action when at start up,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;and the start up means the SBC from sleep mode to wake up mode?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;could you help me to understand ,thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
