Our company use LS1046 chip, but can't test PCIE SATA/USB signal integrity, whether can provide a tool for signal testing and debugging?thank you

Have any tools or software to Send the conformance test waveform（PCIE/SATA/USB/LAN TX test waveform ）？We want to test signal integrity（Signal eye diagram），So need it to send waveform，and Oscilloscope fetching waveform and analyzed。
